Your child support NY.gov ID username and password are case sensitive. Be sure to type your username and password exactly as you created them.

Account information

If you have questions about your child support account, please contact your local child support office or call the Child Support Helpline at 1-888-208-4485 (TTY: 1-866-875-9975), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM.

Most local district offices are open Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If you call, be ready to give your child support account number(s). If you write, always include your account number(s) in your letter.

Request a Personal Identification Number (PIN)

To request a PIN, call the Child Support Helpline at 1-888-208-4485 (TTY: 1-866-875-9975), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM. To verify your identity, you will be asked to provide your name, account number, Social Security number, and address.

If you prefer, you can request a PIN with a letter that includes your name, account number, Social Security number, address and signature. Mail your request to the following address:
