Register now for a free online conference: Learn how to meet your legal obligations to the Child Support Program. Get answers to questions and practical guidance on topics such as reporting new hires and processing income withholding and medical support orders.

Effective October 28, 2024 the bank account information used to submit child support payments via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the New York State Child Support Processing Center (NYS CSPC) will be changing. To avoid delays in child support payments reaching their intended recipients, it is critical that payments be directed to the new bank account number beginning October 28, 2024. If you need the new bank account information or have questions regarding how this affects you, please email our EFT Outreach Team at nyscspceft@conduent.com or call the New York Child Support Helpline at 1-888-208-4485 (TTY: 1-866-875-9975) so that we may further assist you in this process.

Call the Child Support Helpline at 1-888-208-4485 if you need to update your address.

The Child Support Program provides custodial parents with assistance in obtaining financial support and medical insurance coverage for their children by locating parents, establishing parentage, establishing or modifying support orders, and collecting and distributing child support payments.
